Position: Organisational Technical Excellence Enabler – 3082
Senior Software Developer with Dev Ops and UX Design / ITIL / SDLC / Data Analytics / Agile / JIRA or Confluence knowledge required for a global reputable company based in Gauteng. Minimum 8 years experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of modern practices.
Deep expertise in Dev Ops principles, practices, and tool chains.
Exceptional ability to persuade, guide, and inspire stakeholders and teams.
Proficient in data analytics to extract actionable insights and drive improvements.
Skilled at applying structure to ambiguous challenges and delivering practical solutions under tight deadlines.
Comprehensive knowledge of Agile ways of working principles and Scrum practices.
Strong ability to manage relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Proficient in platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and other work management tools.
Forward-thinking approach to evolving technical needs and optimizing the SDLC.
Ability to craft and communicate long-term technical roadmaps balancing innovation with business objectives.
