Position: Organisational Change Management (6 months)
Location: Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality
Our clients are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate that will develop and implement a needs-based Change Management initiative on behalf of the institution.
The aim is to appoint is to assist the organisation in delivering Change Management initiatives for all employees.
SCOPE OF WORK
The candidate must:
Consult with the organisation on Change Management strategy and framework.
Compile and present a list of Change Management initiatives that will enable the realisation of the strategy.
Develop the Change Management Action Plan for organisation approval. This plan should include a set of activities for the operationalisation of the change initiatives—timelines, key milestones, required resources, etc.
Requirements
Have been in existence for at least ten (10) years.
Possess expert knowledge and proven experience in the development and delivery of organisational change initiatives, specifically within the public service sector.
