Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, is a worldwide systems and mechanical seal manufacturer with facilities in Vermont, Louisiana, New York, Washington, West Texas, Texas and Brazil. After 40 years, Flexaseal is continuing to grow with sales agents and distributors servicing over 50 countries. We are seeking a full-time Order Processing Specialist to join our team!
This position is responsible for reviewing order specifications and accurately picking materials for assembly and sub-assembly orders. The Order Processing Specialist will deliver complete job kits to each respective work area. They will also be responsible for documenting the process, creating labels, visually identifying inventory needs and notifying/creating requests for inventory orders to the appropriate team members.
Responsibilities:
- Picking materials and preparing job boxes for the production floor
- Document and keep up with inventory needs
- Accurately manage and review orders
- Maintain inventory and job box labeling system
- Perform other Kitting duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in order picking is preferred
- Experience working in a warehouse or production type of environment
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform moderate lifting of materials (around 25 lbs.), sit, stand, climb and bend on a regular basis
