About the Role:
As an Order Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and supply chain efficiency. We’re looking for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize order fulfillment processes in line with global supply chain best practices
Leverage Excel, Power BI, and other tools to drive insights and performance
Interpret and communicate purchasing policies to stakeholders
Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and inventory alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI
Comfortable working during US business hours
Strong analytical mindset with a solution-driven approach
Background in supply chain, inventory, or order management is highly advantageous
