Order Coordinator
, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth service delivery.
Your role will involve:
Managing and coordinating customer orders end-to-end
Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and internal teams
Acting as the main point of contact for all order related queries
Requirements:
Must have cloud experience
Solid 3 years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
Great planning, time management & coordination skills
Familiarity with telecoms or IT products
Bonus:
Knowledge of T1 Carrier Portals (Openreach, BT, TT)
Must be criminal clear
Grade 12 required
