Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist located in Maclear. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and treating eye diseases and disorders, prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses, and providing pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients. Additionally, the Optometrist will educate patients on proper eye care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Qualifications
Strong diagnostic skills in identifying eye diseases and vision disorders
Proficiency in prescribing eyeglasses
Excellent patient communication and education skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
Attention to detail and precision in eye examinations
Bachelor Of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
Valid optometry license and board certification
Experience in the optometry field is a plus
