Operations Team Member IPurpose of the Job
In-house Controller. Implement the day-to-day express operations procedures and policies to ensure smooth flow of Operations in terms of receiving/processing of packages, on-time delivery, and system updating.
Job Description
Daily monitoring of all high profile accounts
Daily capturing of PODs and reconciliation of PODs
Resolving of queries
Compiling reports on a daily basis
Tracking reports to be sent to clients on a daily basis
Physical work involved (loading of boxes etc.)
Daily running of both the Operational and Admin responsibilities of the In-house site
Manage and assist with all queries related to your client’s consignments, following up with the Aramex office, and also the appointed Accounts Manager
Ensuring that staff follow the Disciplinary Rules and Guidelines of Aramex as published in the employee handbook
Daily liaison with Operations is absolutely critical in the smooth running of an In-house operation, thus commitment to communicating daily with them will ensure that the Service to the client is delivered
Job Responsibilities

Education
Minimum requirement is Matric
One year customer service experience
Strongcommunicationskills– Excellent command of the English language
