POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Operations Supervisor Location :Parow(CPT) Minimum Requirements 3-5 years of operational experience. At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in managing teams and operational processes. Clear Crim Record Warehouse experience is required Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities. Ensure operational processes are executed efficiently and according to established procedures. Monitor productivity, quality, and service delivery standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Track and report on operational KPIs. Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Prepare and submit operational reports to management. Investigate and resolve operational issues and escalations.
