This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day business functions, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency across teams. Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of company objectives.

Systems & Tools Management: Implement and manage operational tools (e.g., CRM, project management, finance software, automation tools).

Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.

Vendor & Partner Management: Handle relationships with service providers, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure company operations comply with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Support financial planning, expense tracking, and operational cost management.

Scalability Planning: Assist in building processes that can scale with the company’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Tech Startups: 5+ years of operational experience in a fast-growing tech startup (SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, etc.).

Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze challenges and implement practical solutions efficiently.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with tools like Notion, Slack, Zapier, Asana, Airtable, HubSpot, QuickBooks/Xero, SQL, or similar

Process & Workflow Management: Experience with automation, process improvement, and scaling operations.

Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort with analytics, dashboards, and making data-backed decisions.

Excellent Communication & Adaptability: Strong ability to work across departments and drive alignment.

Startup Mentality: Comfortable working in an evolving environment, wearing multiple hats, and handling ambiguity
