Duties & Responsibilities
Best allocate the resources of the contract to achieve maximum cleaning output.
Ensure consistently high service standards are maintained for all services in scope.
New units to be opened according to company policies and procedures.
Unit closures to receive proper service until the last trading day.
Contract retention through maintaining excellent service standards.
Ensure cleaning methodology is strictly adhered to.
Managing company assets by performing monthly spot checks.
Ensure that training is scheduled for all staff.
The upkeep of all unit files and notice boards.
Delivery of chemicals and consumables to sites.
Regular client meetings to ensure client needs are understood.
Ensure monthly completion of reports required for specific services.
Responsible to effectively communicate company information to contract managers.
Project managers must ensure adherence to the biometric system.
Project managers are responsible to approve salaries for their units.
Project managers are responsible to represent the company during ccma cases.
Hold regular performance appraisals with all management staff.
Ensure that all OHS act requirements are adhered to.
Ensure each unit is operating within budgetary guidelines.
Compile accurate budgets and forecasts.
Ensure debtors collection is in line with contractual agreements.

Qualifications
Minimum Matric / Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of legislation relevant to the industry.
Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar environment.
Experience in managing large teams and client portfolios.
