Seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager with experience in Exports to oversee and manage critical operations, drive efficiency, and deliver on project objectives in afast-pacedanddynamic environment. This role is integral to ensuring smooth execution of operations, managing exports, and contributing to the scalability and growth of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager
Demonstrated experience in managing export processes
Strongleadershipand team management skills
Proficiency in operational software (e.g., ERP, CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptionalproblem-solvingand decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency across various departments
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices
Manage export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and on-time delivery
Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance goals
Monitor supply chain and logistics processes to ensurequality controland timely outcomes
Develop and analyze KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and makedata-driven decisions
Manage operational budgets and resources to maximize cost-efficiency
Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and relationship management
