Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving day-to-day operations, managing supply chains, optimizing warehousing and logistics, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring timely distribution. The role also involves supervising staff, managing budgets, and liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure high service delivery standards.
Qualifications
Strong Supply Chain Management and Warehousing skills
Experience in Order Fulfillment and Distribution Management
Proficiency in Budget Management and Staff Supervision
Excellent communication and client liaison skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to optimize operations
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in logistics or related industry is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
