About the Role:
As an Operations Manager in the payments division, you’ll play a key role in the daily operational success of the company’s payment services. This is a
hands-on
role, working across teams to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding support to clients. You’ll use your
analytical skills
to identify and implement improvements that enhance service efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Managing daily operations of the payment service.
Executing operational projects and initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Monitoring service performance and addressing issues proactively.
Providing customer support and resolving queries.
Analysing data to track trends and performance.
Collaborating across teams to improve workflows and service delivery.
Supporting internal teams with technical and operational challenges.
Communicating product updates and changes to clients.
Requirements:
Matric
B.Com in Finance or related
2+ years in finance, accounting, or similar field
Operations management experience is a plus
Industry experience in e-commerce, payments, or financial services advantageous
Advanced Excel proficiency
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Organisational and time management capabilities
Remuneration:
Negotiable depending on experience
