A challenging opportunity for a seasoned manufacturing leader to shape the future of a major manufacturing operation.
We’re searching for an exceptional senior manufacturing executive who can lead at scale, translate strategy into execution, and build stronger, smarter and more competitive operations.
This role calls for a leader with deep OMS and Lean experience, a track record of developing high-performing leadership teams, and the ability to deliver measurable improvements across safety, quality, reliability, productivity and cost.
What we need:
• Relevant Engineering / Manufacturing qualification, ideally supported by a postgraduate qualification
• End-to-end accountability for complex, multi-site operations
• Proven experience leading GMs and senior site leadership teams
• In-depth Lean and Operations Management System (OMS) expertise
• Strong track record across productivity, cost, quality and asset management
• A strong engineering and operational mindset, coupled with strategic leadership capability
Experience in process manufacturing, FMCG, tissue, paper, packaging or high-volume converting would be a strong advantage.
