About the Position
We are looking for a reliable, positive, and tech-savvy Operations & Digital Content Assistant to support our Florida office and work with our online team in Europe.
This is a hands-on, varied position where no two days may be exactly the same. This job is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, learning new things, and getting involved in different parts of a business.
Our company is small, so when things get busy, everyone pitches in and helps wherever needed.
Your day could include shipping orders and computer work, but you may also help organize products, take photos, record videos, run errands, assist with production, clean work areas, or help with other business tasks.
Responsibilities
Depending on the needs of the business, your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and organizing customer orders
- Printing shipping labels, documents, and paperwork
- Organizing digital and physical files
- Helping maintain printers and office equipment
- Assisting with inventory and product organization
- Preparing products for photography
- Taking product photos indoors and outdoors
- Recording simple behind-the-scenes and social media videos
- Assisting with basic content creation
- Helping with office and production tasks
- Taking packages to UPS, the post office, or other shipping locations
- Running occasional business errands
- Picking up lunch or supplies when needed
- Helping with general office and work-area cleaning
- Taking out trash, wiping down work areas, sweeping, and organizing supplies
- Learning and assisting with different areas of the business
- Supporting the operations team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
- Spanish and English fluency is required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Interest in photography, video, social media, content creation, or e-commerce
- Comfortable taking on different tasks throughout the day
Experience
Previous experience in every area is not required.
We provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support. We are more interested in finding someone who is reliable, willing to learn, pays attention to details, and works well with the team.

This is a hands-on position with a small company. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a variety of responsibilities and understands that when things get busy, everyone helps out.

Pay: $18/hour
