We’re hiring on behalf of our client — a fast-growing UK-based solar company helping households transition to clean energy with confidence. From roof assessments and remote surveys through to installation coordination and aftercare, their mission is simple: make solar energy transparent, affordable, and stress-free.
✨ As the Operations Associate, you’ll sit at the centre of the installation journey — coordinating customers, installers, scaffolders, and suppliers to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a fast-paced operational role where your ability to solve problems quickly, stay organised under pressure, and keep installs moving will directly impact customer experience and company growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own the installation journey from survey through to completion
- Attend remote E-Surveys with customers and electricians
- Coordinate installers, scaffolders, suppliers, and customers to keep projects progressing smoothly
- Order and verify installation kits based on platform-generated designs
- Solve on-the-day installation issues quickly and effectively
- Coordinate scaffolding by sourcing and booking the best available options
- Keep operations flowing without constant senior team intervention
- Support final invoice, installation, and paperwork checks ✅
- Review installation photos and chase outstanding documentation
- Ensure customers receive a smooth, professional, 5-star experience ⭐
- Balance customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency and margin

A Typical Day
- Start the morning resolving live installer issues and site challenges
- Review upcoming installs, surveys, and operational priorities
- Order and check installation kits
- Coordinate scaffolders and compare supplier options
- Join remote customer surveys and prepare next operational steps
- Support invoice and installation checks
- End the day reviewing install photos and closing out completed jobs
