Job Purpose:

To support the daily operations of the business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating processes, and ensuring efficiency across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

Operational Coordination:

Assist in workflow management and process optimization.

Track and monitor websites to ensure efficiency.

Liaise with customers, reps, and external partners.

Communication & Liaison:

Act as a point of contact between departments and senior management.

Handle internal and external communication professionally.

Support team members with scheduling and coordination.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Generate and analyze reports on operational performance.

Problem-Solving & Support:

Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

Assist with special projects and company initiatives.

Troubleshoot minor operational issues and escalate as needed.

Excellent communication (verbal & written)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or operational role
