Job & Company Description: Our client seeks to employ a strategic finance professional to join an established Investment company as the right-hand person to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires a financial leader who can go beyond the numbers, provide key insights, and help drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years in financial services
Proven experience as an Operational Accountant
Experience overseeing SMEs and managing end-to-end financial operations
Strong strategic mindset ability to analyze, forecast, and implement financial strategies
Xero
Qualifications:
BCom in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the 2IC to the CEO, providing strategic financial guidance
Oversee financial controls, reporting, and compliance
Budgeting and forecasting
Cash flow forecasting
Manage credit control
Implement costing models
