Who are we looking for: A driven Senior Direct Sales Executive who lives for new business. A natural hunter who loves opening doors, closing deals and exceeding targets. What will you do: Prospect, cold call and hunt new direct client relationships from scratch Run discovery calls that uncover real client needs, not just book meetings Sell premium OOH and DOOH across some of SA’s best media assets Build strategic proposals that move revenue for major brands Drive new business and grow with a company on the up What will you need: 5+ years in media, advertising, or a related sales environment A track record of winning new business directly you can point to logos you brought in yourself You’re not scared of a cold call. You pick up the phone, you knock on the door, you find a way in You know how to prospect properly and run a sharp discovery call asking the right questions before you ever pitch Sharp presentation and negotiation skills; you can hold your own in any boardroom OOH/DOOH experience is a bonus, not a requirement but you understand the media landscape Commercial instinct and real strategic thinking you sell solutions, not slots Team-first energy you celebrate the team’s win as hard as your own
