Salary: R25,000 – R28,000 per month (Dependent on experience) + Commission based on student enrolment

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy professional to take charge of online course management, student engagement, and content development. As an Online Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences, managing learning platforms, and driving student enrolments through effective support and engagement strategies. This role operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM UK time, offering flexibility and growth opportunities in a remote setting.
What
You’ll Do
Develop and manage digital course content for e-learning platforms.
Engage with students to provide support, guidance, and motivation.
Track student progress and enhance learner satisfaction.
Assist in curriculum development and instructional design.
Implement strategies to increase student enrolment and retention.
Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS).
Collaborate with educators and trainers to improve course offerings.
Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing educational content.
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of experience in education, e-learning, or instructional design.
Strong understanding of digital learning platforms and online course creation.
Experience with LMS management and student engagement strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Creative problem-solving skills for enhancing online learning experiences.
Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
