Are you a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a flair for sourcing the perfect pieces online? We’re looking for someone who can bring style and function together to transform a residential space into a beautifully cohesive and classy sanctuary — remotely!

 

 Role Overview

You’ll work closely with the founder to:

• Source furniture, lighting, accessories, and materials online based on clear style, budget, and specification guidelines.

• Upload selections to Programma.com with detailed specs and product links.

• Create professional deliverables:

o Mood/Style Boards

o Specification Boards

• Curate interiors that blend custom carpentry, lighting, paint treatments, and decor elements into a cohesive design.

 

 Deliverables Breakdown

1. Interior Finishes – Carpentry, Paint & Lighting

• Floating bathroom cabinets, baseboards, stair tops, wardrobe setups.

• Window seat upholstery, curtain rails, TV furniture, walk-in closets, entrance shelving.

• Decorative lighting sets by room (entrance, bedrooms, outdoor).

• Paint and touch-up enhancements (furniture, pots, feature walls).

2. Interior Decoration by Area

Each space will need curated product suggestions and design input:

• Entrance: Oversized canvas, entrance rug, textured pots.

• Dining: Rug, table styling, table repair recommendation.

• Living: Rug, cushions, repurposed coffee table, decorative pots, wall art.

• Bedrooms (Guest, Master, Parents’ Veranda): Bedding, side tables, lighting, Etsy art, mirrors, curtains.

• Gym/Study: Equipment suggestions, desk, decorative books, digital art.

• Terrace: Outdoor rug, furniture, planters.

 

Skills & Tools Needed

• Proficient in online sourcing (Wayfair, Zara Home, Amazon, Etsy, Concept Store, Aldrez, etc.)

• Fluent in Programma.com or ready to learn.

• Strong sense of style, color, and space coordination.

• Able to work within budget and prioritize must-haves vs. nice-to-haves.

• Reliable communication and project updates via WhatsApp and Trello.
