Quantic is a cloud based Point of Sale System Solution company based in West Chester PA, USA. We are looking for a full-time Onboarding Coordinator based in South Africa, for our UK clients who can communicate with clients and perform onboarding tasks with POS issues including network connectivities issues.
The responsibilities for the position include:
Onboarding new POS clients
Software and hardware install activities
POS Programming for the menu/catalog in the point of sale
Troubleshooting POS issues
Training customer on the POS System before they go live
Scheduling Installs and equipment activities
Technical documentation
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in software support and onboarding. You should have an interest in learning mobile technology. Our solution works on Android and iOS platforms, and most of the troubleshooting requests are very basic in nature. If you have worked in a restaurant or in a retail environment, you can learn our POS quickly.
