Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Product Preparation & Upload :

Collecting product samples from the buying team

Briefing the studio for imagery and styling

Delivering samples for shoots

Capturing product data (names, descriptions, attributes) into the online system

Online Product Discovery & Visibility:

Ensuring products are tagged and attributed correctly

Merchandising brand and category pages

Building themed collections and capsules

Content Coordination & Execution:

Creating and scheduling CRM newsletters

Updating site content for campaign alignment

Customer Experience:

Addressing product-related queries

Ensuring complete and accurate product information

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Working with the Buying Team to align timelines

Liaising with Bash Studio, Partner success & CRM teams

Qualification and Experience:

2–4 years in eCommerce, retail merchandising, or digital marketing

Proven experience with product upload processes (data entry, sample management, PIM/CMS usage)

Hands-on involvement in site merchandising, collection building, and campaign execution

Exposure to cross-functional collaboration (working with Buying, CRM, Studio, Digital Marketing)

Familiarity with email marketing platforms and building/scheduling newsletters

Experience with customer service liaison or resolving online product queries is advantageous

Skills:

Proficient in Product Information Management (PIM) and Content Management Systems (CMS)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.)

Basic understanding of SEO principles and product discoverability best practices

Basic understanding of copy writing principles
