Administration of Mandatory Grants
Query management and follow up on queries sent to stakeholder by the deadline date
Forward all requests for approval to the Senior Officer
Verification of Mandatory Grants implementation
Monitoring of Mandatory Grant project implementation
Provide feedback on all application status to stakeholders
Assist with queries relating to submissions and ensure their submissions are done correct by the deadline dates
Administration of Mandatory Grants Application
Ensure all grant applications are captured correctly
Collate information of employers between plans and reports submitted
Ensure data for approval is correct
Submit employee data throughout the year
Ensuring manual submissions during submission window
Consistent document management in the Unit
Achievement of Work Plans
Execute work plans and drive the evidence collection in real time
Produce reports against the implementation of work plans
Respond to audit findings with complete evidence, on time
Implement documented data management practices
Comply with policies and procedures in the unit
Record, file and ensure the availability of POP information
National Senior Certificate, at a minimum NQF 4
National Diploma or equivalent qualification (NQF 6) in Financial Management, Public Administration, Business Management, or relevant fields is required
2 years working experience in Grant Administration and Monitoring
Experience within the SETA environment will be advantageous
