Full Job Description
R3 Stem Cell in Johannesburg is a new medical clinic in need of a full time office manager. The clinic offers regenerative medicine treatments, with both local patients and medical tourism.
The position will entail reaching out to prospective patients to set up consultations that will be either in person or virtual. Also managing the office basic needs and greeting patients, along with arranging procedure logistics (hotels, ground transportation). Commissions will be earned on booked procedures.
At the moment, the clinic is under construction so to start the job will entail working with the Design/Construction firm, licensing attorney, recruiting doctors. Essentially all the startup items as we work towards opening.
R3 has clinics in 7 countries, so there is a lot of support including an IT team, administration personnel, HR, Medical Team, and customer service team. It’s an exciting opportunity!
