Are you the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes — and does it brilliantly? We are looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Office Manager to join the team of one of our clients, a leading construction consultancy based in Paarl.
Paarl, Western Cape Permanent | Full‑Time R18,000 – R25,000 per month CTC
About the Company
Our client is an independent, full‑service construction consultancy with offices across South Africa — specialising in Quantity Surveying, Development Management, Principal Agent services, and Cost Management. They’re a team that values quality, efficiency, and innovation in everything they do.
The Role
This is a pivotal position at the heart of the business. You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day office and financial administration — from managing systems, correspondence, and HR records, to handling invoicing, debtors, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting. You’ll be the go‑to person for both the professional team and external stakeholders.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 3–5 years in office management or a senior admin role
- Solid bookkeeping experience — AP, AR, invoicing & reconciliations
- Proficiency in Xero, Sage, Quick Books, or similar
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- A valid driver’s licence
