PSG has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager who will be responsible for the administration of personnel, wealth, office processes and to assist the broker.
Responsibilities:
Strategic business and process development, including training of staff
Personnel management
Coordinate all office processes, including administration projects and finance oversight
Team coordination
Deal with general client amendments and queries
Answer phone calls and reply to emails
Dairy management
Ad-hoc and special projects
Relationship management with clients and service providers
Project Management
Minimum requirements:
Relevant Degree and ideally industry related qualifications
Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience within the financial services industry
Business management / managerial experience
Computer literacy (MS Office, Financial system experience)
