We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Finance Administrator to support our client’s team with a mix of general administration, basic bookkeeping, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of office procedures and financial processes, especially in working with Sage Pastel, bank reconciliations, and SARS compliance. Client Communication

Handle email correspondence, inquiries, and collect client feedback

Financial Administration

Process journals from bank statements

Allocate debtor and creditor payments

Manage the cashbook up to trial balance

Perform bank statement reconciliations

Utilize Sage Pastel for daily accounting entries

Compliance & Tax Administration

Handle SARS submissions and ensure tax compliance

Maintain accurate records to ensure audit readiness

Inventory & Supplies

Monitor stock levels and manage supply orders

Document Control

Prepare contracts, invoices, and manage digital filing systems

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration and basic bookkeeping

Working knowledge of Sage Pastel or similar accounting software

Familiarity with SARS submissions and general compliance processes

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Afrikaans speaking preferred
