Position Overview:
The Business Administrator / Office Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves a combination of administrative support, office management, coordination, basic financial administration, and assisting with sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workspace.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Organize meetings, schedules, and appointments for management.
Assist with procurement, supplier coordination, and office supplies management.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document control.
Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and record management.
Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics when required.
Assist with sales and marketing tasks such as following up on leads, preparing marketing materials, updating social media, maintaining customer databases, and supporting marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Comfortable assisting with basic sales and marketing functions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is an advantage.
Bookkeeping experience will be an advantage
