What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors with a warm welcome and directing them to the appropriate person or boardroom.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls and ensuring enquiries are handled professionally.
  • Responding to general queries and providing basic company information.
  • Keeping an eye on stock levels and ordering and distributing office stationery and consumables before anyone has to borrow a pen… again.
  • Supporting the Sales Team with retailer applications, booking pet shows and stock, uploading price lists, and assisting with general sales queries.
  • Managing the onboarding of new Group Retailer listings.
  • Coordinating staff pet food orders (a very popular responsibility).
  • Providing general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Ensuring office equipment is maintained and in good working order.
  • Assisting various departments with issuing PPE and sales equipment.
  • Supporting the HR team with employee administration, arranging interviews, and welcoming new starters to the team.
  • Helping the Marketing team with printing, scanning, and other administrative tasks when needed.
