19) Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
20) Responding appropriately to a vendor, client, and internal requests.
21) Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.

35) Prepare document for accountant
36) Interact with accountant any information needed or provide any necessary documents
37) Preparation of payroll and related matters to ensure timely payment of wages, salaries, allowances and Board fees.
38) Assist warehouse for stock accurancy
39) Assist staff/supervisors to process office works
40) Detail personal expense bank account/credit card/home expense
41) Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
42) Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
43) Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
44) Provide assistance and support to company personnel
45) Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
46) Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
47) Assists in the preparation of tax filings
48) Reconciles bank accounts, company general ledgers, and other similar items
49) Provides support to senior accounting staff
50) Prepares summary reports of accounting activity

54) Update company policy/HR workrules/procedures

56) Report insident to insurance for claims
