Accounting Clerk

15) Daily Report to supervisors important emails/phone calls (print/report)

16) Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.

17) Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.

18) Recording information, processing, and filing forms.

19) Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.

20) Responding appropriately to a vendor, client, and internal requests.

21) Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.

22) Manage all accounting transactions

23) Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

24) Ensure timely bank payments

25) Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

26) Filing documents in order

27) Prepare accounts daily (daily income and expense)

28) Prepare petty cash

29) Prepare monthly account for payment

30) Download invoice/statement from email or contact to get statement/receipt

31) Match monthly statement, report and filing

32) File receipts accurancy

33) Update from attorney lawcase (print/report)

35) Prepare document for accountant

36) Interact with accountant any information needed or provide any necessary documents

37) Preparation of payroll and related matters to ensure timely payment of wages, salaries, allowances and Board fees.

38) Assist warehouse for stock accurancy

39) Assist staff/supervisors to process office works

40) Detail personal expense bank account/credit card/home expense

41) Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

42) Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

43) Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database

44) Provide assistance and support to company personnel

45) Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies

46) Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

47) Assists in the preparation of tax filings

48) Reconciles bank accounts, company general ledgers, and other similar items

49) Provides support to senior accounting staff

50) Prepares summary reports of accounting activity

HR

52) Prepare HR reports monthly

53) Download monthly time sheet

54) Update company policy/HR workrules/procedures

55) Prepare HR contracts

Others

56) Report insident to insurance for claims

57) Contact people in order for buisness process if necessary

58) Send cusom clearance company necessary document for import

59) Updates from cusom clearance company

60) Arrange/prepare for new services (upgrade on cellphone…..

61) Apply for vehicle licence annually

62) Arrange porter to offload containers (People upon adjusment)
