GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a general office administrator who can assist in all area in our business where required. Therefore must be able to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
l Scanning/filing: Operational documents
l Data-capturing of supplier invoices
l To capture data according to the information required on time.
l Liaising with other departments efficiently and effectively.
l Follow all standard procedures and processes at all times.
l Maintain good filing system for all paper works required.
l Compile management reports
l Any ad hoc tasks as instructed and required by other departments within the group.
l Submit reports daily and weekly.
Skills:
l Ensure all documentation per operational requirement is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
l Excellent communication skills.
l Great attention to detail.
l Solution driven.
l Great Microsoft Office skills especially excel.
l To work efficiently and meet all deadlines.
l Make sure working area is neat at all times
