We’re a small, fast-paced built environment practice looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly. If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy juggling a variety of tasks, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
·      – Be the go-to person for day-to-day office tasks – from answering calls to managing schedules.
·      – Support our architects and PM  teams by preparing project documents, tracking progress, and organizing site schedules.
·      – Process invoices and expenses, liaise with our accountants, and help keep the numbers in check.
·      – Ensure our safety and compliance documents are always up to date.
·      – Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to keep everything on track.
What We’re Looking For
·      – Previous experience in office administration (construction industry experience is a big plus)
·      – Great organizational and multitasking skills
·      – Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital tools
·      – Familiarity with construction software like Xero, Sage, or similar is a bonus
·      – Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
