Our client has a full-time Office Administrator role available at their branch in Strand.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree would be advantageous; alternatively, we prefer a good grade in real maths in matric.
Stock Management Experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrator role with contactable references.
Mathematics as a subject in matric.
Fluent in Afrikaans & English.
Strong Administrative skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Focused and responsible.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for answering telephones.
Quoting clients on accounting software.
Dispatching goods.
Handling couriers.
Stock control and general admin duties.
