abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the office

Organize and maintain files and records

Provide support to employees and managers

Answer and direct phone calls

Plan and schedule meetings and appointments

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Book travel arrangements

Submit and reconcile expense reports

Provide general support to visitors

Manage and maintain supplies inventory
