We are in search of an Office Administrator/ Receptionist to join our organization.

-Candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth company daily operations.

-Oversee administrative and clerical duties.

-Filing

-Social media advertising

-Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

-Manage phone calls.

-Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Exel, Outlook)

-Matric

-Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN TRAVEL TO PHOENIX

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to R4 500,00 per month
