Job Description

Job description: This position requires someone with generalist skills willing and able to perform a wide range of office and financial administration tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

Reception duties and day-to-day running of the office space

Purchase office supplies

Assist project staff with admin support

Produce receipts, quotes and invoices

Process payments

Capture expenditure and income on Sage Bank recon, petty cash and other financial admin tasks

Maintain production, inventory and shipping records

General office administration

Qualifications And Requirements

Post Matric qualification in office administration, business admin, financial admin, or similar.

1-3 years experience in a similar role in the nonprofit sector Experience using Sage Accounting software preferable

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

High level of computer proficiency

Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs & Sheets Advanced spreadsheet skills, preferred

Own transport preferable

Experience in both financial and general office administration

Clear and concise verbal and written communication
