Role Overview
The Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for delivering occupational health services at our Kempton Park clinic. The successful candidate will work closely with the occupational health team to ensure employees receive safe, professional, and compliant medical surveillance and primary health care in a well-organised clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medical surveillance including pre-employment, periodic, and exit medicals
- Perform spirometry, audiometry, and vision screening
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Manage clinic stock, consumables, and equipment
- Liaise with management and external stakeholders where required
Minimum Requirements
- Registered Occupational Health Nurse with valid, up-to-date SANC registration in the OHN category
- Relevant occupational health qualifications and certifications
- Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office or clinic management systems)
- Valid driver's licence advantageous
- Candidates not registered as Occupational Health Nurses will not be considered
