Role Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineers and clinical experts to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and identify gaps in patient care representation.
- Translate complex medical information into clear, structured language.
- Stay updated on current nursing practices, policies, and healthcare standards.
- Develop realistic patient scenarios and care pathways for training datasets.
- Contribute insights and improvements during team collaboration sessions.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in patient care and clinical assessment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting medical information.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and commitment to data confidentiality.
- Interest in applying healthcare expertise to AI-driven projects.
