As the Account & Sales Manager, you are a key member of the sales and client engagement team, responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving new sales, and ensuring our services align with client needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and optimize account performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Drive new business development and identify upsell opportunities.
Lead direct sales efforts to secure high-value clients.
Mentor and support the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Account Management, Media Sales, and Direct Sales.
Strong client engagement, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in managing sales teams and developing sales pipelines.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies.
