Job Description:
The CSR (Customer Service Representative) position plays an integral part in the success of Acorn Farms Inc. The main focus of the position is one-on-one contact with our walk-in customers. This will include, but not limited to, assisting customers with availability, plant selection and substitution, product information, and loading orders. The CSR will also assist in daily operations such as unloading incoming trucks, tagging products, plant maintenance, and other duties. The position requires someone with a positive attitude, high energy, and self-motivation.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- 3-5 years of experience in the Horticulture Industry
- Plant ID and knowledge of proper horticultural maintenance procedures are required
- Able to lift up to 75lbs
- Requires walking/standing/sitting/lifting/bending
- Bilingual preferred, but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
