POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking energetic and vigilant Security Officers to join our team in Kapaʻa. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of physical security, responsible for safeguarding property, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing excellent customer service. Your proactive approach will help create a secure environment for all visitors, staff, and assets.
POSITION DETAILS
Location: Kapaʻa, HI
Position: Security Officer
Schedule: Various shifts available
Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct routine patrols of the property
- Monitor for suspicious or unauthorized activity
- Respond professionally to incidents
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Provide professional customer service
- Follow all site and Pono Security procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be reliable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid Hawaii Guard Card preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass applicable background and hiring requirements
