Job Overview:
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with strong dealership experience to join a dynamic team and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
POSITION INFO:
Position: New & Used Vehicle Sales Executive
Location: Edenvale – Gauteng
Industry: Automotive
Salary: Market Related
Minimum Experience:
- 5–10 years’ experience in vehicle sales (dealership level)
- Strong understanding of new & used vehicle sales + aftersales + F&I.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of FICA, FAIS, POPIA & CPA.
- Experience with CMS / Dealer Management Systems.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
- Relevant qualification advantageous.
- Based in the East Rand / surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client relationships using CRM/CMS systems.
- Execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Achieve and exceed vehicle sales targets.
- Support F&I, Parts & Service department performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
- Monitor and manage full sales pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with financial and OEM standards.
