Role Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial business partner to spearhead lead generation efforts in KZN and JHB. This role is ideal for someone with strong local networks, a deep understanding of regional markets, and a passion for driving B2B growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute region-specific lead generation strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral partners.
Identify local market trends and opportunities to optimize outreach.
Collaborate with central marketing and sales teams to align messaging.
Track and report on lead performance and conversion metrics.
Represent the brand at local events, expos, and networking forums
Preferred Qualities:
Deep understanding of local business culture and buyer behavior.
Experience working with Call Centres or B2B service providers.
Comfortable with performance-based compensation models.
Benefits and Remuneration :
· The positions will offer a basic salary plus commission.
