With a manufacturing base in Shenzhen and support teams worldwide, we design, build, and maintain LED systems that are built to last.

We work across many industries: exhibitions, retail, transport hubs, control centers, boardrooms, billboards to name a few, offering full support from design to installation and maintenance.

We’re on the hunt for a driven New Business Development Executive to join our Johannesburg team. This is a front-line role focused on hunting for new business and growing our presence in the South African LED market. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to final deal.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Proactively hunt for new business through cold calling, outbound emails, social selling, networking, and attending industry events.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify high-potential leads that align with our target industries and customer profile.

Drive sales: Book meetings, pitch solutions, and close deals with confidence and persistence.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives, driving overall business growth.

Industry Expertise: Offer professional guidance and technical support to clients on LED display products, ensuring their needs are effectively met.

Reporting: Deliver regular sales activity reports, including updates on prospects and market trends.

Market Research: Stay up to date with competitor activities and industry developments.

Requirements:

Industry Expertise – 3-5 years of sales experience

A diploma/degree and/or Sales-specific certifications

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Results-Driven Mentality – A performance focused attitude with a commitment to exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Business Development Skills – Proven ability to identify market opportunities and successfully execute sales strategies.

Experience in Telecom B2B sales, fleet sales, commercial real estate broker, recruitment consultant, Office Automation sales, Insurance sales

Network: A solid network within the LED display network, with in-depth knowledge of the South African market.
