New Business Executive Commercial Jobs in Stellenbosch, South Africa at Watershed Consulting

Salary : R50000 p / m (Includes medical aid & provident fund) plus Commission 15%; petrol, cell phone, data (home Wi-Fi)

Purpose of the position : To source and sign new clients in order to grow the business.

Duties :

Identify and arrange meetings with prospective new clients

Provide accurate information to clients through understanding the business

Maintain regular interactions with new clients and document outcomes/discussions (New Business list)

Meet FAIS requirements regarding documentation and client advice records

Coordinate communication and collaboration with relevant team members to enhance success in client pitches

Manage all aspects of the new business process from lead generation to client pitch

Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients with relevant business units

Collaborate with the Marketing team to align marketing strategies with new business objectives

Maintain a pipeline of new business prospects and targets

Develop and nurture productive relationships with clients, colleagues, and the market

Skills, qualifications, and experience :

Qualified FAIS representative for client advice (RE5)

Relevant financial or insurance-related qualification preferred

Minimum of 5 years experience in the short-term insurance industry

Comfortable conversing with C-suite level clients

Skillset Required : Marketing, Lead Generation, Insurance Industry, Business Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Business Development, Documentation
