Role Description
This role is based in the City of Cape Town. As a Business Development Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, identify and develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include cultivating strong customer relationships, conducting market research, creating tailored sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customers’ needs and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with proven skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in negotiation, market research, and identifying new opportunities
- Experience in selling Connectivity solutions & VoIP services is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the South African ISP market and related industries is a plus
