THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Client Manager who thrives on new business development.
This is a hybrid role, combining office time with plenty of time out in the real world, meeting potential clients and referral partners. If the idea of sitting behind a desk all day makes you twitch, this one’s for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Actively developing new business opportunities
• Outbound lead generation
• Meeting potential clients, corporates, and referral partners face-to-face
• Attending networking events and building long-term relationships
• Managing leads from first contact through to signed client
• Working closely with our consultants and operations team
• Representing Intergate professionally (and enthusiastically!) out in the field
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need immigration experience – we can teach that. We do need someone who brings energy, confidence and hustle.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Confidence with cold calling and business development
• A self-starter mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Good organisation and follow-up habits
• A valid driver’s licence and your own car (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
