**Job Title: Business Development Sales Executive – ICT Sector**

**Location:**

Multiple locations across South Africa (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and George)

**Reports to:** Sales Manager

**Employment Type:** Full-time

**Job Purpose:**

To drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting ICT solutions that align with client needs. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, target-driven professional with a strong understanding of the ICT landscape in South Africa.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the ICT sector.

* Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies.

* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital channels.

* Engage with decision-makers across various sectors to understand their business challenges and propose tailored ICT solutions (PBX, Print, Voice or Connectivity, managed services, etc.).

* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

* Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and profitability targets.

* Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, customer success) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.

* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information using CRM tools.

**Required Qualifications & Experience:**

* Minimum Matric (Grade 12) with a diploma or degree in Business, ICT, or related fields preferred.

* 3+ years of sales or business development experience in the ICT industry.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Strong knowledge of ICT products and services, including PBX, Print, Voice or Connectivity.

* Experience with consultative and solution-based selling.
