The Network Administrator is responsible for the full lifecycle management of the organization’s network infrastructure, including planning, implementation, maintenance, capacity planning, reporting, security, and design. This role demands a strong focus on ensuring network availability, performance, and security across all network segments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet technologies, and a proven track record in managing complex network environments.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
MCSE and CCNA qualifications are essential.
Relevant degree/diploma in Computer Science, BCom Informatics, or a related field is advantageous.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Administrator
Proven experience in administering switches, routers, and firewalls in a disaster recovery context.
Strong working knowledge of Windows 2000, 2003, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Expertise in Routing & Switching
Extensive experience with Cisco (Networks, Cisco Network Security)
Extensive experience with Aruba (WiFi, Aruba Clearpass)
Extensive experience with Fortinet (Firewall, Fortinet SDWAN, Fortinet Manager, Fortinet Analyzer)
Experience with VoIP telephony
Experience with IPSEC Tunnels
Experience with Cloud-based printing solutions
